Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a license key has been issued or a download has been accessed.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, user error, or game/account bans resulting from use of our products.

If a product is genuinely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours of your original purchase, a refund may be considered at our discretion. Contact us via Discord with your order ID and a description of the problem.

Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior contact will result in permanent account termination.
